Open to Public – October Membership Meeting

OCTOBER 27th MEMBERSHIP MEETING:

Our club meetings are held at various venues and locations around the Valley throughout the year. Our next club membership meeting will be held on Sunday afternoon October 27th (1:00PM-5:00PM) in the Conservation Building (ConEd) of the Ben Avery Shooting Facility at 4044 W. Black Canyon Blvd., Phoenix, AZ 85086 (2 blocks west of I-17 & Carefree Hwy SR74 exit 223).

This will be a combination social event/meeting with a BBQ / Parts Flea Market / Meet-and-Greet event in the ConEd parking lot from 1:00PM – 2:30PM followed by the 2:30PM-5:00PM Membership Meeting in the ConEd Building.  Arrive early to sign-in and view some pre-meeting trail ride videos.   Bring your spare ATV/UTV/SxS parts that you want to barter, trade, or sell at the Parts Flea Market. You CANNOT leave any parts or trash there after the event. Since this is our first Parts Flea Market, you may want to leave a comment to state what you have in order to generate some interest. I’m going to rummage through my garage bins before the meeting. 😊

Bring a camp chair and small table to partake in the festivities. Hamburgers, buns, lettuce, tomatoes, condiments, potato chips, paper plates/napkins, and bottled water will be provided by the club at $8 per burger to help defray the costs. Pay $8 at the BBQ but WE NEED A HAMBURGER HEADCOUNT FOR BUYING THE FOOD AHEAD OF THE EVENT. Feel free to bring a pot-luck dish or dessert to share if you want.

Our new domain-based website is scheduled to Go-Live on Nov 1st.
