How to Register for a Club Ride or Event

This short video (4:33) shows the Phoenix ATV/UTV Club paid supporting members “How to Register for a PAUC Ride or Event” on our internet website.  Only paid supporting members can see our posted club rides unless it is an “Open to the Public” event.   Our screens will change in our Phase II development so some videos made become outdated.

The website is best viewed on a laptop computer although it is also accessible on a tablet or mobile phone but it will look different on the smaller screens.  Click the YouTube FULL SCREEN icon button on the lower right of the video for easier viewing.  Hit the {Esc} key to return to normal viewing.

How to Un-Register from a Club Ride or Event

This educational video (4:31) explains in great detail on “How to Un-Register from a Ride or Event on the PAUC website Event Calendar.”   Sometimes a member has mechanical issues or family-related issues when they can’t attend a ride or event that they has signed up for.  We ask those members to Un-Register from the event so another member can register and attend in their place.  At the same time, un-registering from a ride informs the ride leader by email of the current registrations so groups don’t wait at a staging area for someone they think are running late.

How to Post a Ride or Event

This educational video (19:18) explains in great detail on “How to post a Ride or Event on the PAUC website Event Calendar.”   After doing your first event, you will find the learning curve easy to do for another ride posting and how to make it fancy with photos and visual details.

A PAUC member has to request a special “Author” role from the website administrators after viewing the video. The Author role gives the member additional posting capabilities beyond a normal “Customer” role assignment. The website administrators can also quickly create a Ride or Event posting for the members if the member sends them a ride description Word document.  We also encourage the members to copy-and-paste an old ride description to make their own future ride posting.
