How do I join the club ?

Click the red JOIN button on the top blue Menu bar to join the club.   PAUC Member Membership fees are $30 per year (per single email address) for 12-months from date of purchase with automated renewal reminder notices generated a year later.  

I joined but did not gain immediate access ?

Access to the Members-Only-Access menus and materials is NOT immediate upon sign-up although it looks like an Amazon account cart.  There is a manual audit process by the volunteer staff for validating the member information against the credit card receipts.  This also applies to club merchandise orders.  We usually respond and approve membership within 12-24 hours or sooner after receiving an email notification of a new order.   Purchase orders for Logo bumper stickers and club flags are mailed to the home address on file.  Order status emails are auto-generated to keep the member informed of the 3-step ORDER PLACED -> PENDING PAYMENT -> COMPLETED ORDER process.   Upon order completion, the member usually receives a Welcome to the Phoenix ATV/UTV Club letter  from the club president with some screenshot instructions on “How to Log-In” to the website.

Is credit card information stored on the website ?

No credit card information is stored on the website nor it is accessible by any officer, agent, or member.  All financial transactional information is handled by STRIPE, a third party payment processing company who deals with all major credit cards.  The club receives a summarized direct deposit to the club checking account once a week.  The only information on our database is the member profile information and transaction receipt number for our internal audit and tracking purposes.

I can't remember my Username or Password.
How do I reset it ?

When you join the club, you fill out a member information profile and have the ability to create a Username.  Many people have a common Username that they use on many websites.  When you Log-In under the MyAccount/Log-In menu, a Login pop-up window appears asking for your Username OR Email Address plus your Password.  If you can’t remember your Username, you simply enter your Email Address.  To reset your password, click the “Lost your password?” link and enter your Username or Email Address on the next screen to reset your password.  You will receive an email with a URL link to click and authentic (ie “verify”) that it is really you that wanted to reset your password.  Click the link and enter your new password.  You then go back to the MyAccount/Log-In menu to LogIn.

Club Merchandise ?

We have activated an e-commerce store on the website for ordering club merchandise.  Purchase orders for official logo bumper stickers and holographic reflective logo stickers and club flags will be USPS mailed to the member’s home address.  There is no drop-ship capability or automated shipping in our Phase II release.   Hats and T-shirts will soon be added to the product line.  Hoodies, Long Sleeve T-shirts and Sweatshirts are also being considered for the coming cooler temps.

I don't see any events on the Events Calendar and/or was unable to access the Members-Only-Access menus ?

Most of the website is informative in line with our Club Focus on RidesSocial Events, and Education Forums & Trail Talk presentations.  Members must Log-In with their Username or Email Address to see posted ride/event descriptions on the Events Calendar.  Occasionally, the club posts “Open to the Public” rides and events so visitors, member guests, and the general public can attend.  “Open to the Public” rides will be visible on the calendar.  Likewise, access to our other Members-Only-Access Benefits menus  REQUIRES membership and the member to Log-In first.

I received a personal email announcement about an upcoming ride/event. How do I register for it ?

Whenever a new ride or event is posted, the paid supporting member receives a personal email announcement.  The member still needs to first Log-In to see the Event Calendar postings and then they can register for the ride/event.   

Double-click on the highlighted Event Date or hover over it and click the Read More link.  The ride description opens up with a featured image, registered attendees-to-date,  and a detailed ride description with staging area information.  Click the red Register button to register for the Event.  A pre-populated Pop-up form appears from your member profile.  Enter your phone number to complete the form.  You will receive an email confirmation that you are registered for the event and your name will also appear in the list of attendees.

If you can’t attend the ride for some reason, please go back to the Event and click the Unregister button so remove yourself from the attendees list.  This informs the ride leader so they don’t wait around for someone running late who really is not coming at all.
