This ride photo album shows the 10-22-2022 club ride in the Harquahala BackCountry ByWay OHV Area with a scenic loop ride visiting the Black Queen Mine sites # 1 (Quarry) &# 2 (Headframe mineshaft & pit quarry) and then to the historic 1916 Black Rock Mine tunnels & chambers tour) before the 10.5 mile ascent to the Harquahala Mtn Summit (360° scenic viewpoint) and its historic 1920-1925 Smithsonian Observatory. On our descent, we visit the Monterey Mine Stone Cabin. The riding area is in the Harquahala National BackCountry ByWay OHV Area about 100 miles west of Phoenix AZ.

This ride photo album shows the 09-15-2022 Sunset and intl Space Station Flyover NIGHT RIDE ride up to the Humboldt Mtn Summit to view the FAA Radar Installation at 5750' for a sunset view followed by the Intl Space Station Flyover after sunset 45 minutes later. We backtracked for lunch at the Rock Springs Cafe and then returned to the Table Mesa Staging Area via the difficult Gas Pipeline Rd and through the Little Squaw Creek culvert tunnel under I-17.
