Welcome to the Phoenix ATV/UTV Club.

Click the JOIN button on the top blue Menu bar to join the club.  Founding Member Membership fees are $30 per year (per single email address) for 12-months from date of purchase with automated renewal reminder notices generated a year later.  Access to the Members-Only-Access menus and materials is NOT immediate upon sign-up in  Phase I although it looks like an Amazon account cart.  There is an manual audit process for validating the member information against the credit card/cash/check receipts by the volunteer staff.  This also applies to club merchandise orders.  We usually respond and approve within 12-24 hours.

We recommend using the secured third-party national credit card payment provider to speed up the process.  All major credit cards are accepted.  Credit card information is not stored nor is it accessible by anyone associated with our website.  Memberships and three (3) merchandise order status emails are auto-generated to keep the member informed of the ORDER PLACED -> PENDING PAYMENT -> COMPLETED ORDER process. 

A successful Log-In will take the member to their Profile Dashboard and unlock the Membership Account and Members-Only-Access menus.  Access to the Facebook website does require the setup of a Facebook account and request to join the group in Phase I.    Use the Membership Account menu to edit your profile or reset your password.

We will be adding future dynamic features, content, and new sections/pages each month.  We hope you will be impressed by our initial Phase I efforts.  The website is best viewed on Desktop/Laptop computers but there are condensed rearranged column formats for Tablet and Mobile device viewing. 

Most of the website is informative in line with our Club Focus on Rides, Social Events, and Education Forums & Trail Talk presentations.  The “Open to the Public” rides and events will appear in the General Announcements area while access to the Events Calendar for club rides and our other Members-Only-Access Benefits will REQUIRE membership.

Club Merchandise

We have activated an e-commerce store on the website for ordering club merchandise.  Purchased official logo bumper stickers, holographic reflective logo stickers, and club flags will be mailed to the member’s home address.  There is no drop-ship capability or automated vendor shipping in our Phase II release.   Thank you in advance for your support of our social club and we hope you find value in being an active member.

When a merchandise order is placed, the member receives a confirmation email stating the order is ON-HOLD until we confirm that payment has been received.  For merchandise orders, a second email is generated when the purchase order is being processed with our vendors followed by a third email when the merchandise is available for pickup or has been mailed.

Hats, T-shirts, and Club Flags will soon be added to the product line.  Hoodies, Long Sleeve T-shirts and Sweatshirts are also being considered for the coming cooler temps.
